In ‘Reachers,’ Jack Reacher Returns Bigger and Badder

The teaser for Jack Reacher’s second season depicts how his past finally catches up with him and how many things go wrong.

In addition to the trailer, the second season of the show will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on December 15th. Season two of Reacher will be published in stages, with three episodes premiering on December 15 and the remaining eight episodes running once a week. The first season was released all at once.

Reacher, one of Prime Video’s most popular programs in 2022, was promptly renewed after having the streamer’s best-ever opening week according to Nielsen’s streaming rankings.

The second season of the show, based on Lee Child’s 28-novel series, is around Reacher (Alan Ritchson), who gets a coded message suggesting the systematic murder of members of his previous U.S. Army unit, the 110th MP Special Investigations.

This message compels him to abandon his nomadic existence and reconnect with three of his former teammates (played by Maria Sten, Serinda Swan, and Shaun Sipos). They work together to solve a high-stakes mystery that raises questions about betrayal.

Amazon Studios, Skydance Television, and Paramount Television Studios collaborated in the production of Reacher.

The show is directed by Nick Santora and executive produced by Lee Child, Don Granger, Scott Sullivan, Adam Higgs, David Ellison, Dan Goldberg, and Matt Thunell from Skydance.
