Darius Jackson is out and about while battling his ex-girlfriend Keke Palmer in court.

On Friday evening, Jackson, 29, was seen walking over to a friend’s house in Los Angeles, where he stayed for over an hour before returning to his own home.

Jackson was seen lowering his head as he evaded cameras in images obtained by the Daily Mail, and he apparently appeared downcast for the outing.

The former collegiate athlete-turned-fitness instructor wore a sweater with the word “King” scrawled across the front, which he teamed with green shorts that showed off his tattoo.

He accented the laid-back look with a brown cross-body bag, Crocs, and an Eagles baseball cap, which appeared to be the same one he wore in recent surveillance photographs supplied by Palmer as evidence of claimed physical and emotional abuse.

The sighting comes just days after the Palmers, 30, obtained a restraining order against Jackson and temporary sole custody of their eight-month-old baby, Leo.

An LA County judge also granted Jackson a temporary restraining order, requiring him to stay at least 100 yards away from his ex and their infant son.

Jackson has yet to remark on the situation.
