Two weeks after his sudden death at the age of 52, the reason for actor Mike Batayeh’s death has been found out. In three episodes of the show from 2011 to 2012, he played Dennis Markowski, the boss at Gustavo Fring.

The star is said to have died from “asphyxiation by hanging.” The news comes a few days after his family told TMZ that he had died of a heart attack on June 1 while he was sleeping in his Michigan home.

His sister Diane said that he had never had heart trouble before. In a report that the New York Post got from the Washtenaw County Medical Examiner’s Office, the reason for his death is now known for sure.

On June 4, his family posted a message on Instagram about his death and a picture of him with his dog. “It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that my sisters and I announce the passing of our dear brother Mike Batayeh on Thursday, June 1, 2023. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him, and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many. Funeral arrangements will be posted at a later date.”
