Taylor Lautner talked out about the difficulties he had during his first year of marriage to Taylor Domes.

The actor told People that he and his spouse understood the value of communication in a healthy relationship.

When discussing his wife’s personality, the Twilight star remarked, “She just goes blank and she needs to take a step back to take a moment to process and think and realize exactly what she’s feeling.”

Lautner confessed that he sometimes gets agitated because he prefers to talk about things right away and get it over with.

“I want to know her feelings,” he said. “I know she’s upset. I’m like, ‘Just tell me.’”

Earlier that day, on Saturday, the actor marked his first anniversary with a touching tribute to his better half.

The actor took to Instagram to express his admiration for his wife’s unwavering love and support.

Lautner commented beside a stunning photo of the two from their wedding ceremony, “365 days of having the honour to call you my wife. Each day I somehow become a little more grateful.”

Lautner married his four-year girlfriend, Dome, on Friday, November 11, 2022, at Epoch Estate Wines outside of Paso Robles, California.

The couple tied the knot in a small, private ceremony attended only by their loved ones.
