Ben Affleck talked about his thoughts on the new movie “The Flash,” in which he plays Batman.
The actor said it was “nice” to play a older and smarter character who could teach younger ones something.
After several delays and personal problems for star Ezra Miller, “The Flash” will finally open in theaters on Friday.
In some parts of the much-anticipated movie, Affleck plays Batman.
Barry Allen, who Ezra Miller plays as the character of the Flash, uses his superspeed to go back in time and try to stop his mother from dying.
During the movie, Miller plays The Flash and his younger self.
The Flash gets stuck in the past with Sasha Calle as Supergirl and Michael Keaton as the original Batman from the movies.
The COVID-19 pandemic and Miller’s mental health problems and arrests in 2022, including for second-degree assault and burglary, pushed back the release of the movie.
Miller, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, didn’t talk to the press to promote the movie, but they did make their first public appearance in almost two years at Monday’s screening with other cast members.
Miller told Warner Bros. at the premiere, “Really, it’s a beautiful moment for me. It’s really wonderful to see everybody and have a moment to celebrate this movie, that, as you say, has been sort of a journey.”
