Pottery Barn, under Williams-Sonoma Inc., has launched a new mobile iOS app, enhancing the customer shopping experience. The app, following the introduction of apps for Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen in January 2023, features innovative elements like 3-D augmented reality shopping.
Notable features include scheduling appointments with Pottery Barn Design Crew experts, in-store or virtual, a chat feature for mobile assistance, sharing favorite items on social media, an improved registry experience, and an iPhone camera function for virtual product previews in users’ homes.
The app also enables curated room shopping with tap-to-shop functionality and offers an Apple Pay checkout option.
“Now customers can explore and shop full rooms, easily share their favorite products, and connect with a design expert all in the convenience of a mobile app,” said CEO of Pottery Barn Brands Marta Benson.
