‘The Sound of Music’

‘Dearly Departed’

Willmar, Nov. 16-18, 7 p.m., Ridgewater College Theatre; the Ridgewater College theater department presents “Dearly Departed,” a Southern-fried comedy of rural chaos and casket humor set in the backwoods of the Bible Belt. Tickets are $10, and available at the Ridgewater bookstores in Hutchinson and Willmar and at the door on show nights. Admission is free for students and staff. This play contains some mature language and content and may not be suitable for all ages.

‘The Addams Family: School Edition’

Belgrade, Nov. 17-18, 7 p.m., Nov. 19, 2 p.m., Olson Auditorium; the BBE theater department presents “The Addams Family: School Edition.” Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students, children and seniors. Tickets may be purchased online at

‘Mary Poppins’
