A 19-year-old man died after he was found lying between two subway cars with a bloody head wound in Queens this week, cops said.

The teen, who was not publicly identified, was discovered unconscious and unresponsive — bleeding from the head — on a northbound E train when police responded to a 911 call at the Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue station in Jamaica just after 9 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
