• Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen was one of the first proponents of modernism in theater, and the door slam that ends his classic 1879 play “A Doll’s House” has come to stand in for his iconoclastic and rebellious approach. • Sara Porkalob’s grandmother Maria is no ordinary grandmother, and “Dragon Lady” is no ordinary cabaret show, telling the colorful story of Maria’s life with help from a karaoke machine and a three-piece jazz band.
