Scranton’s Creative and Performing Arts Academy relocating

The Creative and Performing Arts Academy of NEPA (CAPA) is moving out of its current location.

For the past seven years, the arts academy has called The Ritz Theater in downtown Scranton home.

Due to changes that would make the building less kid-friendly, the academy has decided it was best to leave.

For the time being, Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church is offering them space in their rec room for rehearsals.

CAPA plans to be fully moved out of the space before Thanksgiving.
