THEY SAY IT STARTED AROUND 1030 WHEN POLICE TRIED TO PULL OVER THE STOLEN CAR NEAR SOUTHWEST 29TH AT PORTLAND. Eventually, the driver went off the road around Southwest 52nd Street and Independence Avenue. Two juveniles in the car got out and tried to run but were taken into custody, according to police.

No injuries were reported.
