12 celebrities will swap their lavish luxurious lifestyles for the Australian jungle, where they will live for up to three weeks, competing in bushtucker trials, jungle-related activities and tasks which will lead to winning meals for camp.
This Morning presenter and former Big Brother winner Josie Gibson has been listed as the early favourite for victory, priced at 11/4 to be named the new Queen of the Jungle and take the crown that Euro 2021 winner Jill Scott won last year.
First Dates maitre d’hotel Fred Sirieix is touted as the second favourite, the Frenchman, who also co-hosts a successful travel and food show with celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay and Gino D’Acampo has been given odds of 9/2 to be crowned King of the Jungle.
Former UKIP leader and current broadcaster Nigel Farage is one of the biggest names entering the jungle this year, and follows in the footsteps of Matt Hancock, who appeared in the jungle 12 months ago. The former politician is priced as the third favourite at 5/1.
Former Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson will represent the reality TV show like so many others have before, and Danielle Harold and Nick Peckard, formerly of EastEnders and currently of Hollyoaks respectively, will also be flying the flag for the soaps this year.
JLS singer turned TV presenter Marvin Humes has also been confirmed as a campmate, as has fellow singer and former Zoey 101 actress Jamie Lynn Spears, sister of Britney.
The final two confirmed celebrities to be living in the jungle for the next three weeks are the YouTube personality and influencer Nella Rose, and columnist and restaurant critic Grace Dent.
