Guns N’ Roses and Dave Grohl Wrap Up Their Legendary Set at Glastonbury

Guns N’ Roses surprised their fans during their epic Glastonbury show by bringing out Dave Grohl for their last song. The rock band was honored to be the main act at the big event on Saturday.

The original group for the show was 61-year-old Axl Rose, 57-year-old Slash, and 59-year-old Duff McKagan, who had all been back together in 2015 for a performance. After playing a few of their biggest hits on the pyramid stage, they surprised their fans by bringing out Dave Grohl, the lead singer of the Foo Fighters, to help them finish.

When Axl Rose asked him to come on stage, he said, “There’s no such thing as too many f****** guitars.”

Then, they played an amazing version of the song “Paradise City,” after which Slash did a handstand before they left the stage.

Dave had already played at the 2023 event with The Pretenders on Saturday and surprised the crowd with a performance with the Foo Fighters on Friday, which was a big hit with the crowd.

Guns N’ Roses started in 1985, and since then, they’ve had a lot of big hits that have stood the test of time, like “Welcome to the Jungle” and “Sweet Child O’ Mine.”
