Bozeman Health opens new Spine and Joint Institute

A program focusing on spine and joint surgery finally has a purpose-built home at Bozeman Health Deaconess Regional Medical Center.

The hospital held a ribbon cutting for the Spine + Joint Institute on Thursday. The 18-bed unit on the third floor of a new tower at the hospital has a physical therapy space, a community room area and views of Highland Glen, Mount Ellis and the Bridgers.

“When you’re a patient of ours we’re still going to treat you the same, we just have a new physical space to treat you in,” said Kiera Pattison, chief nursing officer for Bozeman Health.
