The franchise employs a process called osteogenic loading, which promotes skeletal strength. During each session, customers engage in a series of movements on state-of-the-art robotic musculoskeletal treatment devices, enabling axial compression of bone.

It is said to lead to a stronger skeletal system and increased bone mass.
