CBS Announces Animated Series of ‘Among Us’

The popular game Pandemic is now getting its own cartoon show. Together, CBS Studios and Innersloth, the company that made the famous game “Among Us,” are making an animated series based on the game.

Owen Dennis, who is known for making “Infinity Train,” will be the show’s writer and executive producer as part of the deal with CBS Studios.

The show will be based on the idea of the game, which is that an alien impostor who can change its appearance joins a spaceship crew and causes chaos, sabotage, and murder.

Titmouse, which is known for shows like “Big Mouth” and “Star Trek: Lower Decks,” will be in charge of the cartoon production.

Executive producers will also be Forest Willard, Marcus Bromander, Carl Neisser, Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio, and Ben Kalina from Titmouse.

Even though there isn’t a network or streaming platform connected yet, talks are happening. The series is made by CBS Eye Animation Productions in collaboration with Innersloth. The Animation Guild is in charge of the show.

After it came out for the first time in 2018, “Among Us” became very famous in 2020. Owen Dennis is managed by UTA, Industry Entertainment, and Yorn Levine Barnes. Big Pigeon handles film and TV for Innersloth.

CBS Studios is working on a “Among Us” cartoon series, Variety has learned exclusively.
