MailOnline heard from a family member that Kate Moss and her half-sister Lottie are not as close as they used to be.

The family friend said, “There was a time when they were a lot closer.”

But they stressed that they don’t want to talk about how the sisters feel about each other in public. Instead, any problems should be talked about in private among family members.

It comes after Lottie, whose older sister also worked as a model, got emotional on Celebs Go Dating while talking about her friendship with the fashion legend.

She told the show’s new sex guru Dr. Tara Suwinyattichaiporn that she and her half-sister, 49, are “constantly compared,” which makes her feel abandoned and makes her not want to show “the real Lottie.”

Just a few weeks ago, Lottie said the same thing: “Me and my sister have never been close. There is a big age gap. She doesn’t have to want to have a relationship with me. When I was younger, I couldn’t understand it.”
