A$AP Rocky Arrives to Hear the Verdict in His ‘Shooting at Friend’ Trial

A$AP Rocky Rocky will face a critical decision in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday, when a judge will decide whether he will go to trial for allegedly firing a revolver at a former buddy and collaborator outside a hotel.

If convicted on both charges of assault with a semi-automatic gun, he faces up to eight years in prison.

Arriving in court wearing a black suit, a matching face mask, and a tie, the artist maintains his ‘not guilty’ plea to the accusations emanating from the shooting.

Prosecutors claim he pointed his revolver at Terell Ephron, formerly known as A$AP Relli, and shot him, causing minor injuries in the process.

At an earlier hearing, Ephron claimed that Rocky held a gun to his stomach, threatened him with “I’ll kill you right now,” then fired bullets and fled the scene. His remarks are echoed on security footage provided by his legal team.

They were pals since they were at New York high school’s A$AP collective, which was a group put together to compose music together.

Ephron revealed that his friendship with the Fashion Killa singer began to wane as he began to withdraw from their business efforts as his fame grew.
