A$AP Rocky, also known as Rakim Mayers, must stand trial for allegedly firing a gun at a former friend outside a Hollywood hotel in 2021. Superior Court Judge ML Villar found that “the totality of the video and testimony” shows that there is enough evidence to stand trial. He allegedly pointed a handgun at Terell Ephron in November 2021 and fired the weapon at him during a confrontation. Rocky’s attorney attempted to cast doubt on the case while questioning a police detective, and the rapper pleaded not guilty to all charges. The 35-year-old has two children with his partner Rihanna: RZA (1) and Riot Rose (3 months).
