CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Members of the Cincinnati Bengals helped spread the spirit of Thanksgiving.
They worked with the Freestore Foodbank to make sure everyone has a holiday meal.
The Bengals, Fifth Third Bank and the Freestore Foodbank teamed up for the annual holiday food distribution.
They gave out an estimated 2,000 boxes to people in the community who need it on Tuesday night.
Bengals players came out to help, including quarterback Jake Browning.
It’s a big week for Browning, as he prepares to fill in for Joe Burrow against the Steelers, but he still came out to give back to the community.
“Just handing out some meals, we did it last year,” said Browning. “It’s a well run organization and a good opportunity to get out into the community and help people that need it.”
