Small Business Saturday highlights shopping at local, non-chain stores, and a Harford County company has a new way to help people shop locally all year long.”I have a little bit of home décor. A percentage of my inventory is local artists, so they have a place to display and sell their goods they make,” Kathi Gromacki, the owner of The Nest on Main Street in Bel Air.Now, Gromacki is using a new tool to attract shoppers.
