THE HOTTEST RAFFLE IN TOWN

Frederick Friends of Our County Animal Shelter, aka FFOCAS, is raffling a pair of Taylor Swift concert tickets, and the fundraiser has already brought in more than $17,000 that will go toward local animal shelters. The raffle runs until Dec. 1. The winner will be drawn on Dec. 2. Raffle tickets are $100, and the concert tickets are already estimated to be worth thousands of dollars.
