Joshua Jackson has agreed to share custody of their three-year-old daughter, Juno Rose Diana, during his pending divorce from Jodie Turner-Smith.

In legal docs obtained by The Blast, the 45-year-old Fatal Attraction star acknowledged their ‘irreconcilable differences’ in response to the 37-year-old model-actress’s divorce filing last month.

Jackson and Turner-Smith also agreed to follow the provisions of their prenuptial agreement, which they established before their marriage.

Turner-Smith’s divorce filing surprised the Hollywood industry, thus ending their nearly four-year marriage.

The pair began dating in 2018 and married in August 2019. Their daughter Juno Rose Diana was born in April 2020. Turner-Smith filed for divorce, alleging ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the cause of the breakup.
