Foxx Says Br*ast-Rubbing Accusation ‘Absolutely False’

Following a lawsuit over a photo incident in 2015, Oscar winner Jamie Foxx has categorically refuted all allegations of sexual assault.

Jane Doe claims that he placed his hands on her waist and then slipped them beneath her top, massaging her sensitive regions.

His representative has refuted the charges, claiming that the harassment did not occur and that the claims will be dismissed. “Once they are, Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for this frivolous action,” this person said in a public statement.

The incident took place about 1 a.m. on the rooftop of Catch NYC & Roof, when the star drew Jane’s arm to the back area.

The woman was seated with a friend at the celebrity hotspot when they noticed Foxx, according to the plaintiff. Her buddy asked for a photo, to which he answered, “Sure, baby, anything for you,” in an apparent drunken state, and added that she reminded him of American actress Gabrielle Union, who played Isis in Bring It On.

It is further stated that the actor lavished more comments on the actress, stating, “Wow, you have that supermodel body” and “you smell so good.”
