PULASKI COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) –A single-vehicle crash on Georgia State Route 27 in Pulaski County tragically claimed the life of the driver this Thanksgiving.

The incident occurred near the intersection of Dan Sparrow Road, leaving the driver entrapped and the vehicle engulfed in flames.

According to Georgia State Patrol, the vehicle was traveling northbound on GA 27 when it veered off the east shoulder of the roadway, striking a culvert at the intersection with Dan Sparrow Road. The vehicle’s trajectory continued as it overturned multiple times before coming to a halt.

The driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was unable to escape the wreckage due to the entrapment and the subsequent fire.

The driver’s identity and the vehicle description remain undetermined due to the extensive fire damage.
