Tiffany Haddish Was Arrested for DUI After Performing at a Thanksgiving Comedy Concert

Tiffany Haddish was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

Haddish, 43, was handcuffed and brought into custody early Friday morning after a good Samaritan noticed her slumped over the steering wheel of her automobile parked in the middle of Beverly Drive.

“We responded to a call of a vehicle of the roadway at 5:45 this morning,” a BHPD watch commander told Page Six, adding that the vehicle was “stopped in lanes of traffic” and the driver was “asleep behind the wheel.”

There were, however, “no traffic collisions.”

TMZ acquired video of the actress and comedian cooperating with authorities as she was handcuffed and led into a police car. She was arrested at the Beverly Hills police station and was scheduled to be released “later this afternoon.”

Haddish was photographed wearing a floral red and white top, black leggings, and black sneakers, the same ensemble she wore just hours earlier at The Laugh Factory in West Hollywood for their 43rd annual free Thanksgiving feast.

Haddish’s representatives have yet to respond to the arrest.

Notably, the Haunted Mansion star was previously jailed for DUI under similar circumstances in Georgia in January 2022.

Officers feared Haddish was under the influence of marijuana at the time, according to TMZ.
