After four years of marriage, Joe Jonas has filed for a divorce from his wife Sophie Turner.

Recent news said that Joe Jonas had hired a divorce lawyer, which meant that he and Priyanka were no longer together.

Daily Mail has exclusive court papers that show Joe Jonas has said their marriage is “irretrievably broken.”

The paperwork also shows how they plan to raise their two young children together. They have a 3-year-old daughter named Willa and a 1-year-old daughter whose name they don’t want to make public.

Jonas’s lawyer says in the petition to end the marriage that “it is in the best interests of the minor children that the parties have shared parental responsibility.”

This shows that the former couple is serious about putting their children’s needs first as they go through this big change in their lives.

Joe Jonas has asked in a “respectful way” for his two girls to have a parenting plan and time-sharing schedule made.

The papers say that the children’s main home is in Miami, Florida. This is a place where Joe and Sophie used to live together.

Notably, the court papers show that the couple signed a prenuptial agreement on April 29, 2019, just a few days before their Las Vegas wedding.

In the divorce papers, it also says that Joe Jonas has no plans to ask Sophie Turner for child support.

It says, “Both parties have the ability to provide for the support of the minor children, and they should both be required to contribute to the support of the minor children.”
