It also requires extensive knowledge of specialized, multi-faceted design concepts and media. The designer must be able to create sophisticated, original designs, and comprehensive layout concepts.**Responsibilities**+ Leads art direction on high-level design pursuits+ Oversees and coordinates production of materials+ Able to take design projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision+ Liaises/collaborates with marketing and design teams.+ Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects+ Reviews work for accuracy and quality+ Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminate this information+ Interprets project needs and understand constraints+ Produces creative, high-impact designs+ Trains designers as necessary on software, tools, and visual communication**Qualifications**+ BA degree in design, visual arts, or relevant field+ 7-10 years of experience in graphic design+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Software+ Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and juggle multiple projects under deadline+ Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography+ Strong production and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to visual details+ Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills+ Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**Preferred Qualifications**+ Demonstrated versatility and education/experience in the areas of print media, digital communications, and multimedia technologies+ Prior experience in the engineering field**Other Compensation and Benefits**Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the care employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
