SZA received four important awards at the 2023 Soul Train Awards, which aired on November 26.
The 34-year-old singer won four awards, including best R&B/soul female artist, album of the year for SOS, song of the year, and the Ashford & Simpson songwriter’s award for Snooze.
The singer took to Instagram to express her gratitude to the organizers for recognizing her work.
She replied on Twitter, “Thank you so so very much for this honour!!! @soultrain.”
SZA has had a lucky year, as she recently dominated the 67th annual Grammy Awards with nine nominations.
Notably, the Emmy-winning actor and musician Keke Palmer presented the award presentation.
Furthermore, Usher shone during the event, winning three awards, including best R&B/Soul male artist, certified soul award, and best collaboration with Summer Walker and 21 Savage.
