Trade Development Manager Position Summary
Responsible for partnering with our distributors and developing comprehensive plans that are responsible for delivering LEAN BODY. The Trade Development Manager is responsible for maintaining consistent contact with distributors to coordinate, support, and execute amongst large format accounts, to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. The Trade Development Manager will be the primary point of contact for key accounts throughout their designated area.
A LEAN BODY Trade Development Manager takes the initiative by working effectively and efficiently to provide top notch support and communication. In addition, a LEAN BODY Trade Development Manager is kind, energetic, respectful and a person of integrity. The ability to adapt and problem solve on the fly is essential.
TDM Duties and Responsibilities
· Primary role is to manage large format grocery accounts on a daily basis including market execution in the form of pre-selling, ensuring POG execution, communicating, coordinating, and following up on orders through our distributor partners.
· Form strategic plans with distributor partners to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
· Daily performance recaps of activities, objectives, and market interaction
· Coordinate promos, special events, demos and on-site support with distributor partners.
· Plan daily routes to maximize market objectives in an efficient manner.
· Schedule monthly route rides with Sales Specialists, Distributor ASMs and RSMs.
· Attend trade shows, demos, and vendor summits hosted by affiliated buying groups, distributor partners, and large format chain accounts.
· Obtain and assess market depletion reports to reach daily, weekly, monthly, and annual objectives by identifying and closing market voids.
· Sell endcap and display space in large format accounts.
· Engage and build relationships with store managers and sales reps.
· Forecast and communicate sales volume with Distributors to ensure sufficient inventory; week-to-week and month-to-month.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the beverage industry. Must know the basics of POG execution, be familiar with local large format accounts, and have experience working with local distributors.

· Able to lift, but not limited to, 15-30lbs
· Must have references
· Must be willing to work full time (part time is a possibility)
· At least 2 years of experience in the beverage industry
· Relationships/experience with HEB management is a plus
Pay:
· Full time is 55-60k
· $1,250 Monthly Car Allowance
