It’s always interesting to hear from Hutchinson graduates. While they may have grown up in small-town Minnesota, they’ve spread their wings to far-flung places around the globe. Most recently, Kim Strand, a member of the Hutchinson High School Class of 1977, reached out.

Strand makes her home in California where she has built a multi-disciplinary resume, which includes documentary filmmaker, performing musician, picture editor and licensed radio broadcast engineer. She has also received multiple Emmy and Golden Reel nominations.
