“Jingle Fest has easily become the most fun and festive event of the year for the IDEA Bank. The holiday-themed shopping event offers fun for the whole family, including photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, kids’ activities, and more,” said Lynne George, the IDEA Bank’s director. “It is a great chance for us to provide students with an opportunity to practice selling their craft.”

Eighteen students are set to open up shop for Jingle Fest this year and will offer items such as handmade jewelry and accessories, original paintings, prints, greeting cards, handmade ceramics and candles, various apparel and more.

“Many of these students are in the decision-making process of determining if entrepreneurship is right for them. It is also a chance for the community to find unique holiday gifts while supporting these students’ passions,” George said.

In addition to the unique gift options, shoppers will have chances to win items in a raffle every 30 minutes and are entered in the drawings each time they make a purchase. A professional photographer will be on hand for photos with Mr. and Mrs. Claus from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. A special episode of the IDEA Vault Podcast will be recorded during the event and visitors may have the chance to participate in it.
