Noor Alfallah, Al Pacino’s Partner, Seeks Custody of His Son

Several news sources say that Al Pacino’s partner, Noor Alfallah, has asked to live with their son Roman.

The Blast got court papers that say Alfallah, who is 29, wants Pacino, who is 83, to have “reasonable visitation” with their 3-month-old child.

Alfallah, a producer with a degree from the University of Southern California’s Cinematic School of Arts, is also said to have asked the Academy Award winner for joint legal custody, which would give him a say in important decisions like the child’s schooling and medical care.

The initial application for child support, according to The Blast, did not include a specific amount. However, California law says that the income of each parent must be found before deciding how much child support should be paid.

Alfallah is reportedly asking the House of Gucci star to pay for her legal fees and any other costs linked to the case.

Both parents are said to have signed a Voluntary Declaration of Parentage (or Paternity) six days before Roman was born. A VDOP is a government form that two parents can sign to make a legal parent-child bond between a child and a parent. It is often signed at the hospital when a child is born, but it can also be signed later. The deal was signed by both Pacino and a third party.

A source told People magazine on Wednesday that Pacino and Alfallah were seen eating at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles with another couple. Someone who knows them says that they went out to dinner together and came back together.

Since April 2022, Pacino and Alfallah have been seeing each other.
