STONINGTON — The Stonington Garden Club is now accepting applications for its 2024 grant cycle. The deadline for applications is Feb. 15.

Grants will be awarded to eligible local nonprofit organizations with projects that are best aligned with the Stonington Garden Club’s mission and purpose “to educate and encourage interest in the environment, conservation, and community projects, and to stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening.” The organization and/or project must serve Stonington, Mystic, and/or Pawcatuck.

Grant applications will be considered in amounts between $250 and $1,000. The grants are made possible through the club’s fundraising projects, including its popular Gardens by the Sea garden tour.
