Domestic goddess and influencer Lynsey has become so obsessed with this laundry must-have, she took to Tiktok to share it with her 104,000 followers.

The so-called ‘Queen of clean’ even spoke about the Boss It Rapid Dryer Ball whilst appearing on This Morning, because she’s been so impressed with it.

For those who’ve still not come across this cleaning tool, this small metal ball goes into the tumblr dryer and can even cut drying times by as much as 40 per cent.

This is because the shiny surface reflects heat on to wet clothes in the drum, which helps to: dry them quicker, keep laundry soft and reduce your electricity bills too!

Currently, experts estimate that it costs a budget busting £334.88 a year to run a tumble dryer (based on an average family using it four times a week).

With these sky high bills, it’s no wonder that many of us have ditched the household appliance in recent years and now rely on dehumidifiers or heated airers.

By simply investing in a dryer ball though, you could reduce your bill by £133.12 and still have fresh laundry all year long.

Despite the wet weather, this laundry must-have is even on sale now.

Like many of our favourite household finds, this nifty device can be found at B&M.

Unlike Amazon, which is selling the Dryer Ball for £13.99, you can pick it up at the discount store for less than a tenner – £9.99.

You’ll have to be quick though as the Boss It ball is no longer available on B&M’s website, with this nifty gadget sure to sell out in stores too.

If you do miss out on this laundry must have though, B&M have a couple of alternatives which we also highly recommend.

First on our list is The Laundry Room’s dual pack of dryer balls, which come in grey and yellow or grey and blush.

Made from sturdy plastic, these dryer balls have a spiked surface which helps to circulate your clothing and dry them faster in the drum.

Even better, this additional feature helps to keep your clothes softer without the use of fabric conditioner – helping you to save even more on every wash.

Costing just £2.50 in store and online, these handy dryer balls are a brilliant investment for anyone with an overflowing laundry basket.

Alternatively, B&M also have a more eco-friendly option with a three pack of wool laundry balls.

Just like the other versions, these super soft balls will bounce around your tumble dryer and help to heat your clothes faster – for just pennies per wash.
