Jungkook, a member of BTS, has reached yet another milestone, receiving four prestigious awards at the Melon Music Awards 2023 on December 2.

The musician was named the event’s most honored soloist on Yeongjong Island in Incheon City, South Korea.

Jungkook earned the Best Male Solo, the Millions Top 10, the Top 10 (Bonsang) for albums with over one million streams in the first 24 hours, and the Hot Trend Award.

Notably, the renowned music band’s youngest member launched his debut solo album Golden in 2023, garnering praise and appreciation from all around the world.

Seven, a song from Jungkook’s debut album, was also named Top Global K-Pop Song at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards.

Since July 14, 2023, the same song featuring American rapper Latto has remained on the Billboard Top 100 and Top 200 charts.

Furthermore, Jungkook and three other BTS members formally began their military enlistment procedure in November.

Following the announcement, the musician took to Weverse to deliver a touching message with his followers. He went on to say, “I’m leaving you for a while to serve in the military.”
