ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Roanoke Fire-EMS crews spent much of Monday night fighting a rail car fire near Westview Ave SW.

Firefighters say the fire produced “a lot of smoke,” with no danger to the public.

There is no word regarding the cause of the fire.
