Kim Kardashian, who is of Armenian descent, surprised everyone when she used her famous social media name to make an urgent plea to US President Joe Biden to’stop another Armenian genocide.’

Saturday, the star of “America Horror Story” wrote on Instagram that Biden should do something to help Armenians and stop going to international events.

Kim’s post made her friends and followers talk about it in the comments section. One person wrote, “Seriously this is scary!”

“More like it’s time for Americans to take care of Americans,” said someone else. Have you seen California’s streets? Or are you too busy flying your jet around in circles? Because there are poor people all over.”

The third one was critical of the star and said, “Kim could save kittens and puppies from a fire and people would still find something to criticize her for.” Armenia is part of her family history, so of course she’s going to help them. It’s always the politically-hungry couch potatoes who come talking as if they do anything to help America. #fakemartyrs”

Nagorno-Karabakh, which is part of Azerbaijan, has been a source of trouble between the two countries for decades. In 2021, Kim allegedly gave $1 million to Armenia.

In an essay she wrote with Dr. Eric Esrailian, the 42-year-old reality star said that since December, Azerbaijan has blocked the Lachin Corridor, which she called “the only lifeline between the indigenous Christian Armenians of Artsakh and the rest of the world.”

Azerbaijani leaders say that there are established ways for food and help to get to Armenians in Artsakh, but Kardashian said that these claims are “disingenuous at best.”

Kim Kardashian, who used to be married to Kanye West, wrote in Rolling Stone magazine, “WE ARE ARMENIAN. We are the descendants of Armenian genocide survivors, and we do not want to be talking about the recognition or commemoration of yet another genocide in the future.”

The mother of four said that since Russia invaded Ukraine, many more countries are buying oil and gas from Azerbaijan. This, she said, has given the country more confidence to try to move toward Armenia.

Kim Kardashian, who is the sister of Kourtney Kardashian, has asked Biden to protect Armenians by putting economic sanctions on Azerbaijan.
