Britney Spears is thinking about her family, including her estranged father Jamie Spears.

As Jamie recovers from a limb amputation due to an infection, Britney took to Instagram to share some throwback family photos, all of which appeared to have been taken by paparazzi, particularly of her now-teenage sons when they were toddlers.

However, one photo in the carousel article stood out – one of Jamie.

Jamie was photographed in 2008 in Los Angeles, holding a sippie cup, a juice box, and a lunch box as he walked behind Britney and her baby.

The tweet was especially startling given that Page Six said that Britney will “never forgive [Jamie] for the abuses and trauma he caused,” regardless of his deteriorating health.

Spears revealed her turbulent relationship with her father in her recent memoir, The Woman In Me, describing decades of emotional, physical, and financial abuse during her 13-year conservatorship.

To further obscure her feelings, the Princess of Pop did not add a meaningful caption to the post. She just attributed all of the agencies that took the water-marked images.

Notably, her previous photo was captioned, “Being embraced by family this year and knowing you can have people to trust… well damn y’all I feel BLESSED!!! I LOVE Y’ALL SO SO SO SO MUCH !!!” she wrote.
