Selena Gomez’s relationship status has been updated after it was revealed that the singer is no longer single.

The Love You Like A Love Song singer is supposedly dating Benny Blanco, as evidenced by their Instagram conversations.

Despite their prior proclamation of being single, the duo is following and even endorsing one another on the platform.

When an inquisitive fan remarked that Blanco “is so unhandsome,” the singer hit back, saying, “He has treated me better than any human being on this planet.”

Gomez expressed even more affection in another comment, saying, “He’s still better than anyone I’ve ever been with. Facts.”

Gomez’s mother appears to have given her permission as well, having recently clicked the ‘Follow’ button on Blanco’s Instagram.

Blanco previously published hits on the photo and video sharing platform in which he featured a note from his ‘lover’ with a snoozing woman in the backdrop who had a striking resemblance to Gomez.

This comes amid contradictory reports that an insider told Entertainment Tonight on November 26 that the Single Soon hitmaker was not dating anyone at the time.

“Selena is casually dating and doing well. She is doing her own thing and doesn’t feel any sort of pressure to be in a relationship. She is just focusing on what’s best for her right now and has been very in tune with maintaining her own boundaries,” the source claimed.
