Joe Jonas seemed to respond to the rumors after he told Sophie Turner for the first time that he was divorcing her at the Jonas Brothers show in Los Angeles.

In a film that was shared by a fan on X, which used to be called Twitter, Joe talked to the crowd while he was performing.

He said, “I just wanna say, look, if you don’t hear it from these lips, don’t believe it, okay? Thank you for the love and support. Me and my family, we love you guys.”

After four years of marriage, Joe and Sophie told people on Saturday that they were splitting up.

In a joint statement, the couple said, “We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. We have the utmost respect for each other and remain committed to raising our family together. We ask for privacy during this difficult time.”

In the wake of divorce rumors, there were hints that the couple had problems with each other, including Joe’s displeasure with his ex-wife’s partying, claimed cheating, and not being around for their two kids.

On the other hand, Sophie allegedly did not feel like the singer supported her as a parent.

Among other rumors, TMZ says that Joe decided to file for divorce after the Games of Thrones actress was supposedly caught’saying and/or doing something’ on their ring security camera.

They met in 2016, and a year later, they were engaged. In 2019, they got married on the spot in Las Vegas, and then they got married again in France.

In 2020, they had their first girl, and in 2022, they had another.
