Jamie Foxx Celebrates Outpatient Rehabilitation Milestone

The well-known star Jamie Foxx is still getting better from an emergency medical situation he had in April.

His daughter, Corinne Foxx, was the first to tell people that he was feeling better. She said that her father had “had a medical complication.”

A reliable source told PEOPLE that Foxx, 55, “has been working really hard these last couple of months to get back to normal and has greatly improved since he first got to the facility.”

Foxx recently held a party at the Chicago rehab center he has been going to. The source says that Foxx is still going to outpatient rehab, even though the star is getting better.

Foxx had a health problem on April 11 while he was in Atlanta making the Netflix movie Back in Action.

A month later, when Corinne gave a report, she said that Foxx had been out of the hospital for a few weeks and was now getting better. He was even able to play a game of tennis, which showed how well he was getting better.

Foxx was recently seen playing pickleball with a friend in a doubles match. During the fun game against two opponents, people noticed he had a lot of energy and seemed in good health.
