MEREDITH Shaw has revealed how her co-host changed her life with an unexpected gift.
The Breakfast Television star took a moment to let Sid Seixeiro, 46, know about the impact of the mysterious gift he’d given her.
On Monday’s episode, Meredith, 39, quickly opened by asking Sid how he was feeling.
The duo was referring to Friday evening’s confusion about baseball star Shohei Ohtani.
Many people thought the baller was on a flight to Toronto to sign with the Blue Jays.
In a strange twist, Shark Tank mogul Robert Herjavec was the person on the plane, and Blue Jays fans’ dreams were proven false.

Sports analyst Sid admitted: “I don’t know, I don’t know how I’m doing.”
Meredith shared that she flew to Montreal and back and attended a Christmas party.
The television star revealed: “But I have to say, after that I went to a Christmas party that night, and everybody there… I love it now that I go to a party, people talk to me about sports.”
Laughing about the strangeness of being a sports expert through association with Sid, Meredith joked: “It’s the greatest mystery and gift you’ve given me.”

Unable to resist a small dig, she added: “And actually one of the guys who was at the party worked for Herjavec.”
CRAZY CO-HOSTS
Sid and Meredith often drop hints about their real-life friendship.
In an episode last month, Sid teased his weekend antics after claiming he had the craziest weekend with Meredith.
Sid sat next to Tammie Sutherland as they discussed their weekend shenanigans, and admitted that he had a wild time with Meredith and their partners.
The news anchor said: “I had a good weekend. I had dinner Friday.”
He continued: “Mer and I went out for dinner on Friday with the significant others. It was lovely.”
Tammie gushed: “Oh nice.”
Sid said: “I’ll give you details on that. It was one of the craziest dinners I’ve had in my entire life.”
Sid is married to Lucy Seixeiro, and Meredith is engaged to celebrity chef and restaurateur Rodney Bowers.
FAUX PAS
Although Sid is open about his wild streak, he infuriated some fans last month when he cursed live on air.
In the incident, Sid was discussing politics alongside Mike Eppel before the camera cut to black and their mics were cut off at the end of the segment.
However, a glitch meant that the cameras and mics were turned back on when the presenters seemed to assume they were on an ad break.
Mike, who appeared on a screen in the studio, held up a document and said: “Dude I printed out the fall economic statement, 140 pages of it.”
Sid looked to producers off-camera and loudly proclaimed: “F**k the trees.”
On the YouTube livestream of the show, one fan raged: “I JUST HATE WHENEVER MEAN AND TOXIC PEOPLE NORMALIZING AND ENABLING SOMEONE’S TERRIBLE BEHAVIOR!!! I’M SPECIFICALLY AND ONLY REFERRING TO THE FACT THAT SID SAID THE F WORD!! Y R U TAKING LIGHTLY?”
Another social media user wrote: “Did Sid swear?”
Another claimed the situation was toxic, despite the show apologizing in the live comment feed.
