The listing advises you don’t apply them directly onto skin.

Packs are oxygen activated so opening the packaging alone will not activate the warmers.

Hot Stuff creator The Girls Company advises customers to pair the warmers with one of their cramp alleviating bands.

Retailing for $24.95 on The Girls Company website, customers have the option to opt in on a subscription to save 30% on their first order.

With six pockets all the way around, the nylon/spandex blend band is designed to sit comfortably on your waistline to alleviate menstrual cramps.

Customers are advised to size down on the machine washable bands which come in sizes XS-3XL.

Available in colors white and glacier blue, the band is highly revered on The Girls Company’s website, with an average of five stars.
