Tiffany Haddish Risks Major Consequences Following Her Second DUI Arrest

Tiffany Haddish will not walk free following her second DUI arrest.

Haddish, 44, was detained for driving under the influence for the second time in Beverly Hills in late November, nearly two years after her first DUI in Georgia.

The prosecutors from her Georgia arrest then pushed to change Haddish’s initial bond conditions to prohibit her from consuming drugs and alcohol in light of her arrest for driving under the influence, according to People Magazine.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, a Georgia judge approved the motion following a recent hearing.

According to a recent order, the actress and comedian is not permitted to consume any alcohol or illegal narcotics, including CBD.

Furthermore, she is now subject to random drug testing.

During her arrest in 2022, the Girls Trip star resisted blood tests, alleging cops of a “unlawful search” and demanding that the findings of her blood tests not be used as evidence.

Officers established that Haddish had been consuming marijuana and had fallen asleep in her automobile at the time.

Fast forward to roughly 5 a.m. on November 25th, when Haddish was found slumped over the steering wheel of her automobile and arrested.

Haddish has now apologized for her conduct, promising to “get some help” and pledging that “this will never happen again,” according to Page Six.
