Tiffany Haddish will appear in court.

On Wednesday, the actress and comedian was officially charged with DUI, three weeks after being found passed out from alcohol in her car and hauled to jail in handcuffs.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Haddish, 44, was charged with two misdemeanors: one for driving under the influence and the other for driving with a 0.8 percent blood alcohol content (BAC).

Driving with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08 percent or above is unlawful in California.

After being charged, the Girls Trip star is scheduled to appear in court on December 22 for her arraignment and plea.

On November 25, around 5 a.m., Haddish was discovered slumped over the steering wheel of her car in Beverley Hills and was arrested for DUI. A few hours later, she was released on bail.

Her first DUI conviction was nearly two years ago in Georgia.

A Georgia judge recently adjusted her original bond conditions from her first arrest to restrict the Night School actress from consuming drugs and alcohol, according to court documents acquired by Radar Online.

She is also required to submit to random drug tests.
