AKIPRESS.COM – The issue of parents funding hot meals in kindergartens has been raised before, said delegate from Bishkek Bolotbek Alibekov on December 15 at the Kurultai.

“Not only kindergartens, but all prisons in the country should be transferred to self-financing. Why should the people feed criminals? Let them feed themselves, their parents, and relatives,” he said.

The second People’s Kurultai is taking place in Bishkek on December 15-16.
