A new sports bar and live music venue is set to open in The Shops at Carriage Crossing in Collierville in early summer 2024.
Wolf River Hospitality Group, the parent company of Pyro’s Fire Fresh Pizza, Wolf River Brisket Co., Abner’s Famous Chicken, Levee Coffee & Creamery and Limelight, announced Monday it plans to open the new restaurant and entertainment concept.
The high-end gastropub will offer a full-service restaurant and bar, numerous high-definition TVs and a stage for live music.
“We look forward to joining the growing activity at Carriage Crossing and bringing a new concept to the Collierville community,” said Kirk Cotham, co-founder of Wolf River Hospitality Group. Cotham owns the restaurant group with his business partner, Chad Foreman.
He said more details about the new yet-to-be-named dining concept will be shared closer to the opening date.

The restaurant will be located in the former site of Hickory Tavern. In addition, Wolf River Hospitality Group is leasing the neighboring space, which will also undergo construction to become part of the sports bar and live music venue. Between the two sites, the finished space will span more than 10,000 square feet.
“Wolf River Hospitality Group has dynamic ideas for how they will activate this space, and we’re confident this attraction will help us further anchor Carriage Crossing as one of the Mid-South’s most popular destinations to dine, work and play,” said Ramzi Hassan, president of Edwards Realty Company. “This property is meant to be a hub for local businesses, so the partnership with Wolf River Hospitality just made sense. Their new restaurant concept is the perfect addition to our growing roster of tenants.”
Illinois-based companies Edwards Realty Company and Core Acquisitions purchased Carriage Crossing in March 2023. Memphis-based landlord brokerage partner Jones Aur Commercial Real Estate is the leasing agent for the shopping center.
