Nordiska Kompaniet has a great mix of Scandinavian brands and international designers. I could spend a whole day here going from the beauty department to fashion, having lunch and getting a piercing. I also love the newly opened Rosens Stockholm, which stocks brands like Magda Butrym and Cecilie Bahnsen. I work for Nordiska Galleriet on Nybrogatan – I think it’s a must-visit for interiors.
For tailoring and repairs, I always go to Hanibal Skrädderi & Kemtvätt in Zinkensdamm. He’s the most talented tailor in Stockholm. For shoe repairs, I go to Bäckmans Skoservice on Nybrogatan.
I recently discovered the Australian brand The Significant Other and I’m obsessed with its dresses. I’ve been wearing them to work, on holiday and to weddings. If I could only wear one brand on repeat though, it would be TOTEME. It’s the true essence of Scandi style.
A. Roege Hove is a Danish brand to know about. It does conceptual knitwear with an artistic approach.
When it comes to summer essentials, I’m a Vestiaire Collective stan. I always try to find cool vintage swimwear on there. For new swimwear I love CDLP and OAS Company. For sunnies, it’s always the classic Ray-Ban Wayfarer; it will never go out of style. I plan to pass these along to my future children one day. Finally, my perfect summer bag is a Dragon Diffusion one. They’re perfect for both beach days and the office.
