Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025: The eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 was live-streamed today, February 10, 2025. This year, more than 3.15 crore students registered for the Pariksha Pe Charcha. Prime Minister Narendra Modi not only addressed exam-related concerns but also highlighted the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. In a warm gesture amidst the chilly Delhi weather, he offered Til Laddoos to students and underscored the significance of maintaining proper nutrition.
‘Absence Of Illness Does Not Mean Wellness’

PM Modi said that wellness is not just the absence of illness but a balanced way of living. He explained the importance of understanding what to eat and what to avoid to maintain good health. A well-balanced diet, adequate sleep, and regular physical activity, he said, are essential to staying fit and energetic.
He also stressed the importance of Surya Snan—exposing oneself to morning sunlight—to boost overall well-being. Talking about holistic health, he encouraged students to include traditional practices in their daily routines.
Beyond nutrition, PM Modi also shared the benefits of yoga. Not only did he discuss its importance, but he also demonstrated simple yoga techniques that students could practice. PM explained how yoga helps in stress relief, improves concentration, and enhances overall well-being, especially during exam preparations.
Through his advice, PM Modi urged students to not just focus on their studies but also prioritise their health, ensuring a well-rounded and stress-free life.

‘Exams Are Not Everything’
PM Modi said that exams are not everything and that knowledge and exams are entirely different. He advised students facing anxiety and depression to share their problems with someone they trust, like a family member or friend, as talking about difficulties can help relieve built-up pressure.
PM Modi advised students to stay motivated by setting small, achievable goals and celebrating each success. He encouraged them to challenge themselves and find inspiration in their surroundings. He stressed the importance of listening, asking questions, understanding, and applying knowledge. According to him, those who compete with themselves continuously build confidence and grow.
